Hi there! We are glad to announce our presence one more year at The London Tattoo Convention (the one and only, hosted by Miki Vialetto). This time is even more special because it’s the 10th anniversary of this international event. El Monga Sasturain will be there working among several of the best artists around the globe. He will bring as in past editions, a selection of flash to tattoo at the moment. You’d better be fast and drop by our booth if you want one of them! Hello everyone!! We are receiving many mails asking for our tattooers availability this summer. If you are planning your trip to Barcelona, here are the dates you’ll find them at Aloha Tattoos:

ANTHEM EPHEMERON show by MATT BIVETTO

BIVETTO A Dentro de muy pocos días tendremos el placer de inaugurar la expo «Anthem Ephemeron» de Matt Bivetto. Os esperamos a todos una vez más en La Cobra Negra Tattoo Art Gallery (Passatge del Crédit nº8, Barcelona). Como adelanto del contenido de la muestra, unas palabras de nuestro amigo Erik Von Bartholomaus:

ANTHEM EPHEMERON
Es lo que los gigantes de la novena etapa cantan
cuando honran a Júpiter y a la Tormenta Roja,
el rey del caos y
la reina de lo que destruye
tienen sus ojos fijos en el premio.
Es lo que silban las espadas
al volar por túneles oníricos buscando la verdad
y sus prisioneros se liberan
de de sus celdas oculares.
Es lo que le pides a la mujer
de cuerpo de frío y blanco mármol
bajo un abrigo de acero negro
del cual se despoja mientras fuma.
Es regalos del más allá
de ese mapa extraterrestre
con almas de luz
filtrándose entre la tinta.
Es el libro que se perdió
en el futuro
por que las manos de los escritores
son miles de angeles sin cara
y cada cara sin cara forma parte

Dentro de pocos meses tendremos el grandísimo placer de recibir a Matt Bivetto del Three Kings Tattoo (Brooklyn, New York). Los días 18 y 19 de abril podrás tatuarte con él en Aloha Tattoos Barcelona. Es muy poco tiempo y el espacio es limitado, así que para los interesados, ya podéis coger cita cuando queráis en el estudio. Además, también estamos organizando una expo de sus pinturas e ilustraciones para las mismas fechas. El estilo y la iconografía única de Bivetto no se detiene en el tattoo. Para nosotros es muy especial poder tener a un guest en todas sus dimensiones artísticas. ¡Estad atentos al blog para más info sobre el evento!
